Apparantly the footswitchable boost is an option but it requires an additional footswitch. Since the boost is already tied to channel three I didn't think that I really needed it, but then again I'm prone to change my mind.

aren't we all....!!!! :)

The demand for the PT100 has really gone up again in the past month or so and the lead-time now is more like 8~10 weeks.

Sorry for all the questions but I was also wondering if there the footswitchable boost for channels two and three as well?
You can order the SS loop which has instrument/Line level option as well as the Mix/Series.
As for the boost you can have the second gain set be separate footswitch so that you can have boost on or off for 2 or 3 Channel 1 boost is not switchable

Thanks John. I did order the ss loop. What is pricing on the footswitchable boost? I'm not sure I really need it but if it's not too expensive maybe I would just go ahead and do it. Does that include the extra footswitch?

Guys I am going to tell you....My new PT100 and Suhr 4x12's are flat out the baddest tone I can remember having in years!! When you kick into a song and then see every one of your bandmates heads spin around wide eyed with a look of "Holy Crapballs Batman, What did I just hear?" you know it is freakin awesome! Had no idea what I was missing. I actually drove back to the studio tonight so I could hear it again and can't wipe the smile off my face. The power section is so fat and rich and the notes were jumping off the fretboard while retaining nice think mids. Whomp control fattens the bottom end perfectly. Oh and the clean channel is just beautiful. No sterile cleans here. Blows away any fender twin I ever played. By far the best channel switching amp I have ever owned. Thanks John (and Pete) for nailing it!

Mine is shipping in about 2 weeks and I literally cannot wait!

Have you guys that have gotten your PT100's find that you use the footswitchable boost or would you be fine with it just tied to channel three?

I'm kind of thinking the same just to keep it simple. The suhr guys said they thought it would be versatile enough in stock form and maybe if I felt the need, add the koko boost to get even more versatility from it. That may make sense as it would work with multi amps. Hmm...

Im going to try it stock because frankly, I find the option really darn confusing and 3 channels should really be enough. If it isnt, I can always have it modded. But I really dont think that will be necessary. Im going to use channel 1 dead clean, channel 2 for a mid gain grind, and channel 3 for high gain. If I want a solo boost, Im going to kick in a volume boost and maybe a little more mids via my Nova System Im going to run in the loop. Thats enough for me. I used to get by with a 2 channel amp fine. Im not worried! Im pumped!

Ive been having a bit of a Suhr attack lately. I couldnt pass up a Badger 18 I found on ebay, or a Riot on the classifieds either.

The riot pedal is really fantastic. I don't have one but got a chance to demo it into the se+ clean channel. We had that and the shiba drive there. We were really able to come close with the shiba to the se+ clean on boost with the gain dimed. The riot really came close to the second channel of the amp. They both sound very amp like to me. Really great! I'm still a bit on the fence about whether to add the footswitchable boost. I think I could get by without it for sure but it would be a nice luxury. I will say that the amp stock with a koko boost on my board could probably give me as much versatility as I'd ever need.

If you don't use a switching system the boost tied into 3 makes the most sense unless you wont be using the amp boosted (nothing wrong with that either)
Otherwise you may have to do some tap dancing
