My fiance purchased what were supposed to be 2 x new Bogner pedals (from Sweetwater) for my birthday. One pedal had a screwed up indicator light, and the other was clearly a returned unit with marks on it. By the time I got to inspect them, it was past the maximum return date. When I called them, they couldn't care less, and refused to supply me with replacement pedals. That was our last, and final purchased from Sweetwater. So yeah... FU Sweetwater!

I'm getting ready to purchase a Boogie Mark V 25 watt, mini Recto cabinet, a set of pickups, a TS808, and a Rivera attenuator - none of which will be purchased from Sweetwater.

While I'm at it... MusicToyz.com is, by far, the WORST retailer I've ever dealt with. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get MusicToyz.com to return my payment. Stay away!

Sweetwater has a 30 day return policy, are you really trying to fault them for you not having any time at all within 30 days to play with the gear, realize something was amiss and reach out to them about it? Did you take 30 days to unbox it as well? I would think one wouldn't leave a birthday present in a box unopened for 30 days...

I have never had an issue with sweetwater.

Thats some entitlement complex you got there. You missed your return window, thats 100% on you, not them, you. All companies make mistakes, you would be hard pressed to find a company that would ship you something incorrectly and not rectify the situation, however you can't possibly try to argue that they are 100% in the wrong when you obviously didn't care enough to make time within a 30 day window to reach out.

For as much trolling you do about Blades amps you sure go from 0 to butthurt quite quickly.
