What do u think about it? Are here people that listen to it live??

I will be Worth the price?? ,The type of tone and versatility

It is soooooo ugly I would not even consider owning one. It sounded great when I heard it at the schecter booth. They didn't let anyone mess with the amp while I was there. I was not able to give a run through.

Maybe someone else on here has some experience with it.

My thought is that it will flop. Most people are not going to pay that kind of cash for an amp from a low- to mid-level guitar company, especially one that ugly and with an endorsement from Synyster Gates. That last fact alone will turn a lot of people off, as people generally don't like signature amps or gear.

For the tones I've heard, I'd not buy it for the price they're asking for it.

Honestly, my Bugera 333XL gives tones equal to that for how little? Even at half the street cost there are far better sounding amps out there.

I just checked, and, $2600?!?! For a tacky looking Synyster Gates sig from Schecter?

So it costs more than a Mark V, Recto or Roadster, JVM (or same as a JVM-JS), K-Tre, or a Sig-X (just to name a few)?

This

NFW I would ever play anything with that endorsement. And resale would probably be rubbish.

Probably this...

+1

Schecter has smoked waaaaayyyy too much crack with regard to the aesthetics & the price point is just plain stupid.

The amps will flop. HARD.

I couldn't justify the price for this amp.

What type of music do you play?

I been like 2 months deciding between amps ,because i play from neoclasical ynwie, instrumental joe satriani,to modern Avenged sevenfold,nightwish,hammerfall,80´s hair metal ,power metal,a lot of trash metal... :/

I read that synyster wants a combination of their favorite amps that are the Bogner Uberschall,Marshall Jvm,Mesa Triple Rec...
And if James Brown Work in it i dont think i will be bad :/ ,i think i was going to be very versatily and a great metal amp...

Im free to hear Suggestions :D.

I would save the money and go with a used JCM2000 DSL100. It's no where near as ugly. Maybe even a Splawn might work for what you are after.

Hopefully someone else will chime in.

I'm sure it's a great sounding amp- Andy James is legit and he did use some of the biggest names in high gain amplification (Bogner, Diezel, Mesa Boogie, Marshall) as inspiration for this amp. It's just that the price is ridiculous, especially for a company brand new to making amps trying to make a name for themselves in a new market. I've always liked Synyster Gates's tone- I think there's too much compression, but that's another story- and he's always used high end equipment. If they slashed their price by about $1000, they might make more headway. But $2600 is just too much.

But if i have the money and i want to buy it , do u recommend me to go for it?

Without knowing what the components are, I can't see how anybody can say it's too expensive. There are a lot of production amps that cost more than this.

Buy whatever you like, but it's always preferable to play the amp or at least hear some decent clips of an amp before dropping $2600 on something you may not even like. There aren't even any good recordings of the amp yet, so I would hold off until information becomes more concrete.

It's your money, if you want it buy it. Just be prepared to lose your ass on it if you sell it.

My guess is after they only sell about 3 of them, this amp will be in the discontinued/closeout bin for $999.00. As said too many great amps at this price or less to take a chance on this one.
