Show us your pedalboards!

Always nice to see the SDE-3000 getting some love, that's my all time favorite delay pedal.
I was two months into looking for a way to replicate EVH's dual SDEs when Boss unveiled that pedal. I tried to hold off, but I bought it as soon as it landed in the store.

It's a powerhouse for sure. Paired with the RV-500 I can create a massive wall of gush.

That's what Michael Guy Chislett has been using as his main delay (Big name guitarist in the church music world).
Interesting because they were marketing it as this "bladerunner tones" thing and I found those tones sort of boring compared to the ethereal stuff it can do. It and the Spectral Tempus seemed to me, per demos, to be the two verbs that had the most amazing shimmer. Never got to try the Tempus. Some guys were claiming it was the best but the Merc is def no slouch.

I got this monstrosity of a board on a trade deal, it's become my means of storing "extra" pedals, and experimenting with new ones.

It's great to see that people have multiple boards like I do, I play at a church with around 25-30 guitarists but the majority of those use either a multi-fx modeler or the church's Helix units. There are a few who use their own board but I feel like it's rare to meet someone there who has multiple boards and a passion for guitar modifying or pedals/amps.

Big fan of the Lore. Might pick up a Fable soon. I don't run it on my board but it gets plenty of use from me
Thr Lore is probably my all time favorite reverb, at least so far, followed by the Soft Focus. I feel like the Lore pretty much capable of any weird reverb and the Soft Focus is just one really great voicing. I really want the Meris 7 and the Pigtronix Cosmos. I have the Slo and Fathom for whatever reason couldn't gel with those.

I'm thinking of getting a little nano board going just for travel and kicking around the house. TU-3 -> SD-1 -> IR-2 -> CE-5 -> SDE-3

I'm not a pedal guy, as I've found out.

But there was a period when I was into pedals
(My Andy Timmons phase)

I think my first good live show was with this set

Then I upgraded to this

Then this

Then it got to this level of lunacy before I realized I was better off with a Helix

Which I had fun using for a while

Now I'm down to this, and quite honestly the only pedals I actually use are the tuner and the Koko Boost

The Aquaria is such a killer pedal. How do you like the King in Yellow, and do you ever loop the Aquaria into the KiY? I’ve been having some pretty bad GAS for the Medusa lately.
I love the KIY. I just realized I’ve changed pedals around a little since I took that pic. I currently have the Griffon Chiron (Rigtalk run) in the KIY loop. Chiron is a Klon type so I blend that in with the KIY (TS type) and love it. I like the extra controls on the Aquarius to use it standalone.

They’re all great pedals and boost well. The EQ controls on all those Lichtlaerm pedals are outstanding.

The Aquaria has supplanted all of my other boosts. It’s certainly the most versatile of the lot, largely due to those outstanding EQ controls.

Pretty good stuff though. I can certainly understand the phasing through it. At the very least, you got to learn alot about them :)

Also Andy Timmons is a hell of a player
