I have his Vibrato pick that he was using and it feels like a .60 to me (full sized too).

Here's the big question:
Did you get a chance to observe his right hand technique? Is it really all wrist movement with the pick slices down on the side of the blade at a slight angle towards the floor?

Yes it is. When he plays slower his wrist movement up and down is a little farther. When he plays faster, much narrower movement. His upstrokes are just as powerful as his downstrokes as well.

I read about this in the paper last week - i am so gonna start practicing & I will be there next year. Just sounds amazing & I cant wait
