So, what speakers do all you Bogner folks run?

For my TJ and XTC, I love the EVM 12L X whatever in a 212 Pine cab. The EVM is kinda transparent so I use it with whatever I need to give it additional color. :)

This is what I have and should cover whatever I need:
Marshall 412 - T75/V30
Bogner OS212 - T75/V30
THD 212 - CL-80s
Mesa OS12 - EVM12L

The shootout was between the V30/CL80 and T75/V30 and the latter won.

I did some major testing this evening and I actually am finding I don't like mixing speakers! I am hearing some weird unbalanced issues and woofiness. Go back to all the same, and it clears up!

I am back to all the same'

412 - Lynchbacks
Bogner 212 - V30s
THD - G12K-100s
Mesa 112 - EVM

O2Singelcut, a GB and V30 is great....for a little more power handling a V30 and G12-65 kicks too!
You don't often hear of people using GBs with V30s. It can be nice because you get the compression and loose, wody feel with the tightness.

I had a 65 in a JCM800 1x12 combo that I gig'd for years.I was talking with Pat Travers about it and he said to put a Greenback in it. I laughed and said ya right and watch it blow up. He said BS and that he'd put 2 100 watt Marshalls thru his 100 watt cabs for years touring that were "dimed" and never blew one. A couple weeks later a box with a pre-rola GB showed up on my doorstep with a note inside " Just try to blow it!!" I used it in my 800 for years and also in a Yamaha/Soldano T-50 and it sounded amazing without any problems.I put it in the SoulTone 2X12 with a well gig'd (15 years)V30 when I started doing bigger gigs and wanted to push more air. I've been using my old K-55 Rivera Knucklehead and it sounds great, but the Bogner makes them cry like my ears want to hear. I'm really happy so far!!!

I am surprised since a GB I would think would break up early and not be very tight for anything hard rock....expecially with a Rivera KH. I am still using two V30s in my 212 but looking to either do standard Greenbacks in my 412 or higher powered Greenbacks like Lynchbacks or WGS Invaders in my 412.

Anyone try celestion golds with xtc ?
Been using ev's with Hagen and it kills lots of bottom end

With my 20th Shiva and PWE Event Horizon, Scumbacks were too smooth and did not sound as good in the band mix as V30s. I judge everything when playing with others. The WGS ET65/Vet30 sounded great but did not stand out as well with the band. When I installed V30s(Hellatones) into my Bogner and took that to practice, it was all over! I could not believe how huge, thick, full, chewy, cutting, and perfect in the mix both the Bogner and my PWE sounded. I heard this while playing and also while stepping bacj and letting someone else play. I stood in front of the cab and out front whiler a friend played with the band, and still sounded phenominal. I even talked to the owner of PWE and he agreed with me, and V30s it is even though he too has tried Scums.

TJ through a variety of cab and cab, orange and V30 sounded best taxi loading Rivera, Rivera sounded abit better with Bogner IMO.

Looking to get a new 2x12, my last one was g12h/v30 loaded but there was something about the mids I didn't like. Not sure if it was the cab as I have those in my 4x12 and I like them.

Looking for something that will give me the smoothest lead tone, thought maybe v30/G12t-75 or maybe just v30's
