I on the other hand will get my VH4 (used) on Friday, just because it first popped up for me for a good price. If I would have had the choice, maybe I also would have gone for the Herbert. After I have my VH4, I will meet with xmartx (we live in the same town), who has a Herbie to have a little 'shoot-out' with them and see how each one works for us.

In your case you probably wanna switch the VH4S to a VH4, so you can run it with your future Herbert without the need of having 15 cabinets.

Yes you can run multiple cabs.
I have a Herbert I will trade you for your VH4S.
Throw in about $3200 in the trade deal so I can buy another Herbert though!!!

I want a Herbert......but that is the only thing I would give up the VH4S for.
Good thing is no matter what......like I mentioned before. Its WIN/WIN on either amp.
I am satisfied with the VH4S but curiosity is killing me on the Herbie!

Never have been fond of 2 412 cabs on a 50 watt power section. The speaker dampening is weird.
You could actually run four 16 ohm cabs with a Herbert if you did it right.

Yes, it is about 180 watts and no, it is mono unlike your VH4S which is stereo 50 watts per side.

I did that with my Einstein. Two Orange 4x12s and two Orange 2x12s. It was pretty rad.
