Yes! Dirty, slow, mean, and heavy.my favorite song on that album!
YessirIs that you @Tone Monster ? I'm digging that guitar.
What's crazy to me is how much brilliant producing and engineering went into that song in particular. Different amps and different bass tones emphasize different parts of the main riff. There's a lot tucked away in there. That and Sad But True are absolutely classic heavy as rhino balls... effective... never gets old.
Kid Rock ruins everythingThank you for not playing Sad but True, which is the birth of Bro Rock.
FixedBob Rock ruins everything
The Struggle Within for me. That badass groove after the lead at 2:56..... A decent lead too, (until the wah part we all knew was coming at some point)...
IMO the whole black album is bro rock.Thank you for not playing Sad but True, which is the birth of Bro Rock.
Pretty much yeah. It's no coincidence that bro rock is almost a perfect anagram of Bob RockIMO the whole black album is bro rock.
It definitely isn’t the first four. Last half (b-side lol) is pretty damn solid sans Nothing Else Matters. Through the never and Struggle will melt your forearm.IMO the whole black album is bro rock.
sad but true still sounds "modern" to a large degree. like modern as in tight ass low end, big eq curves, thicc, etc. not like axe fx / kemper modern. no offense digital boys. That and Sad But True are absolutely classic heavy as rhino balls... effective... never gets old.
