Pics or it didn't happen!!! :gethim:

First off...thanks to Paige for hosting this great event. I know we all had a blast.

We live way too close to each other not to do this more often. I'll have to try to organize one in the near future.

Here are a few pics. I didn't take too many since I was having so much fun checking out all the guitars and amps. I may have some video of Ralphie jamming but I'll have to post that at a later date on youtube. I'll send a link when posted. Enjoy....

Amen! We need to do this more often Chris!

Wish you could have made it Andrew. That gives us an excuse to have another. :)

Thanks for the pictures Chris.

At least my Space Echo got a pic. :D

Between seeing the pic of ma boys H and Ralph and now seeing that I am pissed I did not go, always wanted a tour of that unit by someone that knows about them.

So were both a Cameron CCV and CCM there? How did they stack up against the Cameron modded Marshall(s)?

I'm trying to gage whether it's worth waiting indefinitely (years maybe   ) for the CCV I have on order or if I should just get my money back and look elsewhere.... :aww:

If there's not a big difference, it's probably not worth all the drama of waiting forever with no information.

PM me if you don't want to say it on the boards.

Yeah but the ugly guy holding the guitar kind of brings down the beauty of the guitar a lot :hys:

Hey guys,

Sorry I wasn't able to make it. Hopefully, Kage passed on the news. I did offer for him to pick up the Herbert on the way to Paige's but I'm sure that they were packed full of gear. I just had a rough few days at work. Nothing to worry about just a lot of stuff to take care of. I worked till at least 9:30PM the past two days.

Ugh, that sucks Andrew...hope all is well brother. How's the Mrs doing?

Things are going really well. We're on week 33, I believe. It's getting harder for her to move around but she's been enjoying it for the most part. We have furniture, clothes, etc. So we're ready. I still have to tie up some loose ends with the house though.

Only the CCM was there. The Cameron modded Marshalls sounded very nice, but if I had to choose I'd take the CCM.

Looks like Bill's rack in the first pic with its Triaxis, VHT 2/90/2 and Egnater etc. Then Daniel playing Kage's purple FP and in the last pic Bill, Ralph and John, right?

Wellll, well.... seems by fkn accident my pcs connecting today.... Good Lord, I cant TAKE it... Late to the dance... but, What a blast!!! Paige was a terrific host, natch,.. Great to see all the guys, and I dare not complain how long the drive was compared to the 5-6 hr. trip Bill, Jim, some of the guys aparently made!!! WHEW!!!!! Thats Metal Dedication!!!  WE had a s#!t ride home, I cant IMAGINE HOW the weather sukd for them..... thanks 2 Brother Chris, the Cameron was fkn great, no surprise, but to be a dik, didnt hit me quite the way that Ralphs namm clip did, but its not fair to compare apples.. The VM sounded terrif, but had to be hit with a pedal to get it to a saturation I could live with.. Bills rack was great, I wish Id had less vicodin covering my toothache an more time to spend sussin out the Eg's tones....
SUPERIOR playing, all around... Dave was great an brought some of his cool VH toys, definitely made my spankin the Boog more interesting.... :D IMO We gotta get these things organized a little better, I STILL need a track or somethin to play against to really have fun an open up, but all the guys there seemed to have a blast just shreddin an goin for it,... maybe its just me suk'n....    All in all, a Killer HOM... I love listenin to the diversity in styles, techniques... So fkn cool..... AND thanks for the namm photo, Ivan!! Sorry we didnt have more time to hang..... Love to all!!!!

Man I gotta admit I'm surprised that so many Mk series Boogie guys like the Vintage Modern. Maybe you guys know I'm broke right now and are just trying to make me feel good. :aww: :D Seriously if the house burnt down tomorrow and I got the bigh insurance check I could see ordering a Cameron CCV. The CCM was cool as hell but my gut tells me the CCV might be more up my alley. Any cool Marshall or Marshall inspired amp, a Mk IV and maybe something ultra modern like the Powerball or Uberschall and I think I'd be set!!! But then my dumb ass would probably get G.A.S. anyways and sell it all off. ;) I really don't see me trying to sell the VM anytime soon though.

Not fur nuthin, but I was liking it once Ralph fkd with it a bit an I had a chance to sit in the 'Smelly Corner' and beat on it a bit...    It's got a tone all its own. Dont sell it, Bro. People sell s#!t they either broke or fall outa love with.. that VM fits neither catagory   I want both myself, I'm keepin the Boog 4 life, but I'm dyin to add a Cameron of some sort one day. Of course, once I trick Chris an kidnap the one Ralph had at namm....

I think the KT66s do have a unique character to them. As far as the Camerons... well man you already have the Cameron guitar, you might as well have the amp to. ;)

By the way if you know of any good tapping riffs tabbed out post a link. I was blown away by how well some of you guys tapped. Never really got into it all that much. Another area I'm weak in and would like to change that. Bill was doing some amazing tapping.
