What I can't stand are the guys who are intermediate players at best giving advice and doing reviews of gear. Awesome! Next I am going to go watch a green belt do martial arts videos.

As the title suggests..anyone else getting endless algorithm streams of Joe Everybody/Nobody doing the same type of videos on audio interfaces or how to mix generic sample rock or atmospheric semi clean guitar trance tracks? You know, the 40k viewer / subscriber types. How many people do we need showing us how to plug into an interface or find deals on the used market? Even the ones that have been there for years are constantly releasing the same type of videos. Doesn't even look like they are into any of them. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate interesting vids here or there and there is a lot of great info out there. Bur there is also so much duplication. Enough with the dim lit studio with mood lighting and " we need to talk" videos. Go get a job. It verges on pathetic to me.

Steve Lukather in an interview with Rick Beato, said new guitarists YT do not learn the "dumb shit" in reference to rhythm playing. Point was they Cannot play rhythm guitar.

He said a lot of big name guitarists have trouble playing rhythm guitar, he made a living playing rhythm on many artists records.

Very interesting hearing him on that topic.

This is the case with most guitarists. They play guitar like they dance.
All styles of music. Classical probably the worst.
