They will find out war is much harder against actual fully trained soldiers with state of the art weapons systems and air/sea capability.

Don't think so, man. They were taken by surprise by the motorised paragliders which cannot be detected by their radar systems. They fly too low. Also there are secret underground tunnels they were not watching at the time. In parallel bulldozers destroyed the fence that separates the areas.

I don't necessarily believe that they knew, but it's worth considering. There are peculiarities. Egypt warned something big coming a few days before, which seems to have been ignored.
