Dude...read the thread a little more carefully...it says his power amp was messed up...and he used the AxeFX to record it direct.

Did you use the 6550s in the Ax-FX? LOL, sorry Eric......I do recall seeing that now. :doh: :D

Be interesting to hear reports on this from NAMM...I wonder how closely Randall and Egnater are working on stuff...since Randall also has the Ultra Curve coming....supposedly has a graphic EQ in place of tone controls....

Is that a Randall Module? Was it gutted and re-done?

I could tell ya...but then I'd have to kill ya..and then Pete would kill me :lol: :LOL:
 
Well, it is simple to tell what he did if you look at it prior to the mod and then after. It is obvious if he retained a lot of Randall parts. I'll just ask him.

I don't have before and after pics but there are quite a few component changes plus the switching circuit for the three EQ positions you can see.
