Nice try, but not quite. Withholding a billion dollars to get rid of the prosecutor investigating the company which your son sits on the board of directors is not good for the United States...and "perfectly fine"
The investigation into Burisma started in 2012 well before Hunter was on the board. So the investigation had nothing to do with Hunter.
Viktor Shokin became prosecutor general in 2015, and he was a known corrupt prosecutor that had been previously fired. So much so the Ukrainian people protested in the streets to demand he be removed

As for Hunter being on the board, I fully agree he should not have been there, he cashed in on his Father's position. Which is very unsavory, but nothing illegal went on, even the GOP lead investigation found nothing illegal.
Senate Republicans release explosive report on Hunter Biden, Burisma
"In addition to his Burisma board seat, the report says, Hunter Biden profited from a “financial relationship” that he and associate Devon Archer had with Russia’s richest woman, Elena Baturina, former wife of the late Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov.
In 2014, Baturina wired $3.5 million to a bank account held by Rosemont Seneca Thornton, an investment firm co-founded by Hunter Biden, the report says."

Exactly what Trump was trying to get across during the debate but was shut down by the Democrat Shill Chris Wallace.
