I’m not anti-vaccine, I have had a few of them in my lifetime, real vaccines, vaccines with the actual virus in them so your body remembers for your whole life how to fight that virus, ONE SHOT.
I just don’t feel comfortable getting a vaccine That is NOT approved, (it’s only ‘authorized’ because the leaders in North America have put Canada and the USA under state of emergency) that needs to be readministered every few months… I smell a skunk… Others don’t smell a skunk and they’re comfortable getting it,

You understand what a novel virus is, right?
There were no text books on Covid-19. No studies. No past findings to use as reference.

Then you had #45 trying to tell everyone that Covid was nothing. So now the DR.s not only
had a novel situation medically, but half the country doubting every word out of their mouth
before they even spoke it.

Now all the talking heads had to figure out how to massage the messaging to try and reach
all of those who had their fingers in their ears because of asshole Trump.

So ya, the changing (evolving) messages are the big deal for you?

It's comical isn't it? Everybody has the freedom of choice and it would have remained as so had people like him not decided he was going to get on his soap box to profess how intellectually superior he is compared to people who chose not to take the experimental "vaccination".

Your workplace can mandate you get shot.
The airline can mandate you wear a mask.
Same with restaurants.

National parks don't let you use drones.
You can't walk down the street naked.
Towns can shut down public beaches.

You guys have never had absolute freedom to do whatever.

Then he noted that both he and Trump had gotten a booster shot which shows #45
is being a smart American.

There's a difference between laws and rules put in place to keep a civilized society and freedom of choice.
Example:

Ha! That's fair but again, what was it due to then? The only difference was the vaccine. So they could say by their numbers that x amount of people who had the vaccine who were admitted were released. X amount admitted without vaccine died or ended up on a ventilator. That's as close as you will get to proof.

I agree with this too. In fact I got tired of seeing memes of people saying things to the effect of " sure, your 1 hr on google replaces my medical degree and 20 years practicing as a doctor". That in itself is also misinformation because it assumes all doctors are expert virologists or that other doctors who post an opposing view on the internet are "hacks" or conspiracy theorists. I also support personal choice for the vaccine because there hasn't been enough of a study to show that trasmission is reduced thanks to the vaccine. Circling back, I believe the vaccine helped us fight off the worst of the symptoms and helped prevent death. I also think there might have been other ways to combat this but the vaccines were bought in such huge amounts that they needed also to get these into arms. Doesn't discredit that it works, but does play to both sides on this issue. So I am actually with you guys in part and I am not going to keep going getting jabs every 6 months for the next few years myself.
