Vai Legacy 3 demo

It sounds cool. I would have liked to hear it comepletely dry though.
 
I think that's pretty cool for $900. Midi is a cool addition too.
 
I liked it. I'd like to hear what it sounds like with the effects down also. I wanted to hear it with the high gain switch enabled on ch3. Ch2 did rock :rock:
 
I want to hear more namm demos to really hear how it sounds. I liked that they kept the midi and made channel 2 more of a true crunch channel.
 
I thought it might suck but I have to admit it sounds pretty cool.
 
honestly thought it sounded pretty good. thought the clean and rhythm sounded real nice but the lead channel sounded a little meh but then i've never really liked any of vai's modern lead tones, though im sure its capable of much more. Would love to hear the amp in another demo setting.
 
Agree. It sounds very nice. Channel 1 is shimmery. Channel 2 is very smooth and XTC Blue-ish. Channel 3 couldn't really tell for sure, but it sounded like a nice lead tone.

100/50/15 watt settings for $900. Can't go wrong with it.
 
Holy shit the guitars behind him, some R&R history hanging there. He is using the new EVO relic as well, body is too white for the real EVO.

He is using a pitch shift or so it sounds like to me.

$900 for all of that and it sounds good? cool amp :thumbsup:

I found myslef lusting after the guitars behind him and had to start over and listen to the demo. Damn it would be nice to have even a few of those axes...
 
Will this amp allow me to make cool faces like Vai when I play it?

Like the amp. Midi, 100/50/15, Rack Mountable 100w head WIN WIN, reverb, $900. Always have like what I have gotten from Carvin and their stuff seems fairly priced.

Steve use to play a Bogner xtc with an Egnater mica tol 100 on top of it. To me it seems he took the tone of those 2 amps and has been tweaking the Legacy's to get more his flavor. I would gig this one and leave the Bogner safe at home. :D

Make sure you wait a couple months and get it for $500. Carvin resale = terrible.
