Oh.... I misunderstood the question then.He wants to blend 2 heads to one cab summed to mono. Like a studio blend, but live.
Pretty sure what he wants doesn't exist. Outside of the current multi step solutions used by rack system manufactures...that I have seen. Not an all in one.
I was shocked no one posted it earlier. Simplest possible solution.Yeah this is what i've always done too, works great![]()
Y cable then.Blake specifically mentioned he didn't want to use a stereo cab but instead wanted to blend two amps into each speaker.
Yes ...this has been discussed.Oh.... I misunderstood the question then.
He would need a stereo cabinet then and run one head into one side and then into another but they would not be blendable beside the volume controls on each amp.
The only other way to do it and make them blendable would be to run the amp heads in to loads and then tap the line outs of each amp to a mini mixer of some sort then to a stereo power amp that powers a single stereo 4x12 cabinet.
That's stereo though, they wanted mono.I was shocked no one posted it earlier. Simplest possible solution.
That will blow up both amps.Y cable then.
Life’s a gamble. Sometimes you gotta take a chance to achieve greatness. That will blow up both amps.

So you’re saying a blend then? A mixing of the “signals”.its a two girls one cup situation
Yeap, pretty much what I said..Both amps out to load boxes, out of the boxes to 2 ch inputs on a small mixer. Out of the mixer(mono output) into a splitter, into a stereo power amp, out to 2 cabs...or, no splitter and in to one side of a stereo power amp, or into a mono power amp to 1 cab. Done.
Adjust each ch vol on the mixer to desired mix of each amp, control the overall output with the master on the mixer. You can of course add FX after the mixer and before the power amp, for a WDW rig.

And somehow you both didn’t read the last line of the OPYeap, pretty much what I said..
