In every country there has ALWAYS been a dictator and there still is today.

No, NOT tax moochers as they OWN all the land.................still. The term "Crown Land" means the royals own it.

Royal Navy etc are owned by the royals and all report to the royals VIA the Brit Gov. = fact.

They sit on ass while the people of England pay their taxes to them. Once upon a time being a royal was a job. Now they're rumpfed influencers, born into the privilege without any of the normally-inherited responsibility. They're a waste of money. And as a Canadian I gotta shell my share to them too.
