The build quality is as steller as the looks. All I did was stick 9's on it instead of the 10's it shipped with.
Is it basically a "strat" or does it have more going on than that? I almost traded two of my guitars for a Choptank with identical cosmetics to your Severn, but I'm more of a strat guy so I resisted. These guitars are still on my radar though.
