With Mark involved with the new manufacturer I would guess it could be even longer now. Hopefully he figures a way to take care of his old backlogs including the guys who have been waiting three years for their amp mods with all he must be involved in working out the details and legalities with the new manufacturer. With that said. If it were me, and I really wanted a CCV, I would pay the extra thousand for a used one. With the aggravation, anger, and anxiety some of these guys seem to be going through an extra thousand seems way more than worth it. These are just my personal feelings. Nothing against anyone.

Mark doesnt have the money to build any new amps. he was basically taking new orders and using that money to build the old orders and to pay his bills and survive. Unless new money comes in there wont be any amps built. From what I have heard he is again on the verge of getting evicted and has not a nickle to his name to buy parts to make any amps. I just cant believe that no one has taken any legal action??????? Im not saying that im the toughest guy in the world, but If someone had my money or amp for as long as he has some peoples I would be banging on his door.

I really feel bad for guys that are being dicked around but you all new what you were going to be dealing with from the get go. All you have to do is google his name to get all the horror stories. This has been going on for years. Its nothing new.

Your right. Im amazed that no one has done anything about this. How can anyone allow another person to treat them like this. Hell some guys have $3000 and up invested in a CCV whats another couple hundred for a plane ticket to Cali. I hate to be the one to say it but guys with orders in are fucked!

I've said this in the past and I do beleive it's true. It's basic common sense New money comes in and he can get an older one out. Whoever sent the new money has to wait for his turn when HOPEFULLY new money comes in. Eventually, unless something drastic changes, allot of guys are going to get zero when no new money comes in. I stopped posting negative comments about Mark awhile ago. Truth is I never trusted him or I would be on a plane myself. SouthWest has great rates and I have a freind not too far from him. I like Bogner's now anyway. My Shiva 20th had a hum to it. I called Bogner and got a real person. He issued an RA # and gave me Bogner's UPS account to send the amp back to them on. Customer Service. Suhr is awesome also. I had a neck problem with my Guthrie. Same deal. Free UPS. Steve even sent me a new Gig bag when they returned the guitar for my troubles. And it's nice!

Nope. I was next in line. I paid 12/26/2009 got it 3/2010. Steve k paid 12/29/2009 and got his 9/2010. Then others paid after...

Dave, Jay has been waiting for two years for his fucking amplifier and he's a friend of mine. What the fuck difference does it make if he's waiting for a CCV or not? He had one already and thought it sucked balls like many others. Get your head out of Mark's asshole dude, he's fucked too many people to stick up for him. No, I won't post a gay picture either.

People slammed me over my exchange with Mark with CCV #2 and the 9 month wait, I dont feel so bad now! Just get a Marsha and be done with the quest!~

This is just so fucking crazy already. I am not talking about the guys who sent mods in years ago. I just dont get how anyone with half a brain in thier head would send Mark money for a CCV. Like I said this shit has been going on for years already. What makes anyone think that by them sending money that they are going to be treated any different? Mark is basically looking for investors to help get the barrang thing going. He is having some money trouble so that part is true for sure.

All I can say is that a bunch of us ordered when it seemed that Mark had gotten organized and that amps were being produced.

I don't know what will happen...
