When will I get my CCV?

His amps, his designs (IP), layouts, schematics, etc.. That is really what he needs to watch out for. Wonder if he has enough personal amps that he could just fulfill the orders outright. I'll take that one he demonstrated at the amp show last month. He needs to make things right. Maybe he should give the designs and know how to another party to fullfill his obligations.

Best thing to do is take action for being ripped off $3K.
Gotta stop feeding the animal.
The "limbo" will cost you $3K and there is a premium line spot available for $2500.

Also these people who "help" Mark are too worried about getting theirs to help anyone else.

It's not just Mark, it's the sub-cons also.
 
I agree that this whole thing sucks, but Mark has gotten Barrang to agree to do a run of 5 CCV's with no money up front. These amps need to be sold in order to fund the rest of the production line. See the thread I just started...

Yeah, so the people that have already paid and have been waiting are at the end of the line again?
 
So, there's a new line starting. But, the new line starts where?

So, if someone sold their original place in line, which was next in line, and now your place in line is at the end of the line, how much would that be worth? There has to be some discounting of the standard $2500 placeholder fee.

Could be we need the inception of a new concept. The line position transfer fee. For an additional $1000, you can transfer your old place in line, with a new place in line, which is the same as the old place in line. Its a little bit fuzzy, but should work.

I'd ask Jerry where you are on the list. I think it will take a month to get the first 5 CCV's out, then more will continue to roll out after that.

The forum member who had 3 (me) paid in full for two and waited 9 months for them. The third is the prototype I bought from Mark, because he was broke. Pretty simple.

I certainly hope you're not calling me a con. You'd be dead fucking wrong.

I spoke to Jerry on 12/21/10. After Todd Duane the next amp is supposed to be mine.
 
I don't know Mark's situation, but I always wondered how a person can be so "broke" when you have a line of people waiting to hand you their money? :confused:
