I don't know where fall on the list but I am paid in full thru Jerry. My amp was supposed to be done the first week in January.

I've tried to contact Mark 3 times at 818-799-4431 in the last 2 weeks, and no luck, never took the phone. I left a message in the answering machine on the first call.

Can someone please meet him? At least to know "his version" of the current state. I'm trying to be positive, because it's hard to admit you're about to loose 3k, or if not loose, send it to "limbo" for an indefinite period of time.

I hope someone knows Mark can help us... and him.

You should save yourself some embarrassment and send some pm's or something to clarify your knowledge of the situation(s)
before spouting off like that. Several people here including me have helped Mark without ever having intentions to order or buy a Cameron amp in any way shape or form. Shit i'll help Mark out regardless because even though he may share some faults with the average forumite, but his skill is uncanny and I will stand to help it in any way as it would be a shame to lose it in any form.
Hell maybe thanking the people who have fought to make continued production a reality would suffice ????
Point being, some people don't pile on like lemmings and don't get brought to slaughter like cattle, some see a logical outcome and work towards it. I think the CCM is one of the greatest sounding amps ever but the GAS/NEED/etc isn't there, some people don't do things because they are selfish, they do them because it's the right thing to do.

first off , I would never send cash up front to a so called "business man" who has a pre paid cell phone and cant even afford minutes!! Its a dice shoot and the odds are highly stacked against you! Did anyone ever hear robbing peter to pay paul or a pyramid scheme?? Another sign of a what a joke is what amp manufacturer has to borrow a customers ccv etc because he cant even muster the few hundred bucks in parts tops to assemble one of their own amps to demo at amp or trade shows?? I think that all of the dickriding fanboys that have blinders on about the out and out scamming and theft that have been going on for years have some responsibility in this also and should be ashamed. Anytime in the past that there was a post about these type incidents the post or warning to others mysteriously gets deleted, I have seen whole topics erased simply for asking about the whereabouts of their amp sent for mods 3 yrs ago etc and by deleting they are in a way helping to rip off felow musicians. Just ask yourself how would u feel if it happened to u? would u simply stand by quietly praying for a simple return phone call? I would advise to get a used ccv if its a must have as the stress and wait is not worth the extra grand. And buying a place in line for a ccv would be like buying a ticket on the titanic or yesterdays lottery tickets. Its obvious that he has a vice that causes these kinds of money problems after all these years, how many excuses can u take?

Mark doesnt have the money to build any new amps. he was basically taking new orders and using that money to build the old orders and to pay his bills and survive. Unless new money comes in there wont be any amps built. From what I have heard he is again on the verge of getting evicted and has not a nickle to his name to buy parts to make any amps. I just cant believe that no one has taken any legal action??????? Im not saying that im the toughest guy in the world, but If someone had my money or amp for as long as he has some peoples I would be banging on his door.

Jesus when is everyone going to wake the fuck up and stop ordering from this guy! I really feel bad for guys that are being dicked around but you all new what you were going to be dealing with from the get go. All you have to do is google his name to get all the horror stories. This has been going on for years. Its nothing new.

All I can say is that I'm glad I took Jay's advice when I met him at the FL Amp fest to not send any money to Mark for a CCV, which sounded extremely tempting at the time.

I've played his amps, and they are honestly the best amps I've ever played, and I wish the best to anyone who sent him money or is waiting to get their amp back.

Until then, I'll be sticking to Jerry's Surreal Amplification line, which are honestly probably just as good as Mark's own lines since he gotten help from Mark on some of his designs, and knows Mark's designs. Not to mention he's been extremely responsive and doesn't seem to show any interest in having someone send their money in up front and expecting them to wait. You pay when it's done. That seems to be the right way to do it, unlike this mess.
