White CCV is in

I received my CCV earlier in the week. I haven’t had much time with it, but the first two words that come to mind are monstrous and versatile. This really is one hell of an amp. I put it up there with my Voodoo Amps V-Rock DL in terms of a high gain, bad ass amp. I'm still waiting on the matching speaker cab to arrive, but it sounds great through my Marshall 1960, Voodoo Amps 4x12 and 2x12.

I wanted to post some pictures before I get lost in this amp for the rest of the weekend. First two pictures are of the amp as I received it. The second set of three pictures is after I changed to white chicken heads.

My wife picked out the white chicken heads, to be honest I like them too. I also tried out a set of white stove top knobs. She thought it looked best with the chicken heads, so chicken heads it is. If I can get an awesome new amp and she's happy about it, she can pick whatever she likes.

When I get my CCV I plan on changing out the stock knobs for chicken heads.

rokker brought his CCV over and it ROCKED, he too wants to change out the knobs.

I like the old ADA knobs Mark used on the originals better than any of them. Not a fan of "chicken-metal"......

Thats why I call him "my little special 'spicy man'..."
and he is putty in my hands. Next will be the Deep Freezer/Chainsaw mod.....after a little 'sweet talking'....
