I’ve found that a lot of the female shredder type guitarists are very stiff. Lari Basilio does not have that issue. She’s very emotive in her playing and you can really tell she’s enjoying herself.

I have a Marshall Vintage Modern 2466 that uses KT66s. I find it a bit looser in the bottom end than my EL34 amps. I always attributed that to the KT66s. Am I wrong about that? I really like the amp but I think it could use a bit of tweaking.

it’s all hype. However, the values of pots and caps were excellently chosen making them much more useful compared to the stock stuff. I usually remove tone controls but these had a very useful sweep and didn’t muddy the tone.

So, what did you pay? Charvette was the budget line made in Korea (sometimes Japan) with cheap wood. Charvette:Charvel equates to Squier:Fender.
