This is a cool as fuck guitar.
I don't know where to buy a vintage OFR but Warmoth has gold/brass/black in stock for market price.
Where did you find that 1984 OFR?
What happens when Mike B. retires?
Somehow, he can turn a Caliber .22 into a Colosseum. And the Internetts can't fix a Single Recto.
Somehow xformers from 1981 cannot be reproduced.
Long live Mike B.
I never saw a MIUSA Charvel with a wheel and a cut 22 fret.
I have 3 USA pro mods. I love them. They're not perfect. Don't spend money on the 2000s pro-mods. I have a MIM with the wheel that has lots of 'issues' that is a better guitar in lots of ways.
Agreed!!!!
My shit-tier-Stereo-Mono board broke. I waited a YEAR for a replacement, and when I finally got it....the PCB was upside down.
Now when I plug into my Marshall 1960AV, I have to remember that stereo, is mono.
And 4 ohms, is 16.
Fuck Marshall. (Korg actually)
I use SongSterr free all the time. But like said above, its to point me in the right direction...and because I'm old and lazy.
Play in time and with confidence. Play it like you would.
Nobody gives a fuck if you play it 'right'. Except for a guitar player who thinks he can do it better...
The H&K Access is a lark. I swapped it into my (totally servicable) ADA MP-1 rig and it was not the fucking godsend that some would have you believe.
The ADA is cool if you have a big-fat tube Power-Amp to power it. It's a one trick pony though.
The Mesa Tri-Axis is a beast if you pair it...
Been playing wireless live forever. Had a LectroSonics in the 80s. Nady in the 90s. Shure in the 2000-2010s.
They all sucked. The 'companding' to overcome noise wrecks guitar tone and feel.
My Relay G90 is as good or better than a wire IMO.
21 frets was common for the DiMarzio (branded) Charvel replacement necks for Fender.
The parts they sold on this coast were 22 frets with a shelf. Venemen music and Washington Music.
Heel adjust of course, but no plug on the the headstock.
I'm just shooting from experience with shit I've...
This.
DLR has always sucked live (as far as singing), but ruled on recordings for more than a decade and turned that into a crazy career.
The guy was (ouch) an incredible talent for turning chaos into a product.
I'm buying.
