You rang?
I had to add a little Palmer switching thingy to be able to hook up 2 cabs in series, since the Savage 60 just has 1 8 Ohm output and 1 16 Ohm, but it sounds glorious with both Marshall cabs.
There are some functions of the 120 that I'd like to have, but the 60 is extremely versatile. Heck, I've played in a soul/funk coverband (weddings, new years eve stuff n' shit) with the Savage 60 and a strat about 20 years ago.I'd love to compare to a 120 in the room though. I love the form factor of those 60 models.
Up until you mentioned tiddies, I was close to believing you![]()
The only one worth owning imo
Buried my Fireball 100
Way tighter
I see a pro wankerCum again?
I've had the 120 in the room with a fireball. Agree for sure. Nasty mids slapped the fireball around.
The one I haven't tried, and want to is that new special edition. And I've always wanted to try the more rare Savage Special Edition too.

I've never even tried a Savage 120 before but I do know that I need to own one. Does it have its own Character or does it sound like anything in the 5150 family?
