Shitstain…
I don’t post any politics… as long as you realize it’s all in good fun.David you post 9 GOP topics to every one gear so don't know what you're saying really.
I mearly posted Rush's own words.
Not sure why your panties are knotted.
I spend little time here and don't really care too much.
mega dittos ...
ignoring every piece of countervailing evidence that he's provided
There were ridiculously priced guitars listed on eBay for years, literally.Im seeing stupid prices for marshall`s but i dont think sellers are getting it.
I swear it's peoples wives making them "sell" gear.
You've got for brains.I've noticed that people cling to conspiracy theories to calm the anxiety that comes with uncertainty. When I hear a person touting conspiracy theories I take it as a sign of emotional weakness.
I'm not saying there are no conspiracies. People often get together and make plans, sometimes in secret, and when that happens you've got yourself a conspiracy. My point is that using conspiracy theories routinely to explain things that make a person feel anxious, upset or disempowered is just that person's lack of fortitude. It has nothing to do with logic, facts or evidence. You'll never win an argument with a conspiracy theorist with logic, facts and evidence.
Dr. Feel CockAd hominem attacks may soothe one's ego, but they also reveal the attacker is coming from a place of weakness. Just like routinely adopting conspiracy theories.
Those of us who are climbing up in years are trying to unload what they have, while they can.
I've heard that the JP-2C has issues with the loop... True?
I'm in the same boat. Don't "need" the money,so why bother with the bullshit of selling it.I'm a hoarder when it come to gear. Shipping amps sucks and so do the buyers these days.
Come on, the Kennedy assassination is such a massive conspiracy theory. It's actually entertaining to see all of the evidence without proof.I've noticed that people cling to conspiracy theories to calm the anxiety that comes with uncertainty. Perhaps I'm optimistic but the state of music is changing. People my age (mid 20's) are largely sick of rap and pop as of late. It's stale and past its prime. People want some balls back in their music, once it's pushed on them they will embrace it just like they embrace every other genre of music. Although anecdotal, I've seen local college bars and parties play top 40 to a quiet and low energy crowd erupt into chaos when ACDC or Van Halen is played. People will listen to what their told is cool, but music with a soul will always stand the test of time. There aren't many people purchasing music gear these days. I was thinking... Pop music hasn't changed since The Backstreet Boys and Britney Spears. I kid you not... I'd rather spend the rest of my life listening to the 1966 Spiderman theme song vs a single bar of what's being passed-off as music today. Not only does it display a semblance of talent, it even contains a key change! That's more than I can say for 98% of pop music that's been produced over the last 20 years. Two guys from Norway (don't recall their names) have been supplying computer generated "songs" for nearly every pop performer (not artist) for the last 20 years. There won't be a revival of band oriented music on a commercial level. Thanks to the democratization of music (via the internet), there's no way to make a career of it. No air-play, no promotion, no public interest = no profit. It's over. Hobbyists, collectors and tribute bands will continue to play, of course... but, that's not nearly enough to sustain and/or create a resurgence. Those of us who are climbing up in years are trying to unload what we have, while we can. In another 10 years, a Gibson Les Paul (by example) will be nothing more than hanging wall art... Hell, it's already begun. Sorry to wax negative... but, that's exactly where it's headed.
