Yes, I added switchable zeners, 12v/off/20v. I also added a sag mod, but it doesn't seem to do anything noticeable so I may need to play with resister values or I might just remove it. I don't know what I'm missing anyway. I did away with the PPIMV, mid shift and deep knob, but added a resonance control on the back.

Great work. How does she sound? How much gain with no zeners in circuit. Looks like you have .1 cathode bypass caps on V1.
 
So what happen to ol' Billy anyways? He's seemed to fall off the face of the earth. :confused:
 
I'd love too see gut shots of that fab amp for giggles sake.
The chassis was a combination of road sign,wood and duct
Tape.
Now remember that fab built the device on a bet and for under
A hundred.
Seem Mr Blades at least uses accepted materials but IMO
His builds are avg to novice at best and not worth the$$$.
 
I went to his Ebay store, he is selling custom made cabinets. Take a look at them and see if you see what I did. Wow....... :no:

I met him in Nashville, Hes a good guy, just misunderstood. KLOPS too, awesome guy. Joey is a cool dude.

Yep, Bill is a handy guy, not sure what at but it ain't his ampwork or tattoos, thats his personal skill level above.

That video is way over processed and i assure you is the amp does sound even slightly like the video Blades has nothing to do with it.
