She didn't lose her Constitutional rights. She can say what she wants and won't be arrested. She just can't avoid the consequences of saying something that may offend the free market. That's different.

If it was only about free speech it wouldn’t really be a big deal. People saying hateful things is what it is and will never go away.

When states are trying to legislate that hate, is when it becomes a problem. Perhaps they should more closely consider the first amendment and the separation of church and state

for now, but there are many who believe free speech should be censored and criminalized.

Let's see how this goes, for now we still have the Bill of Rights.

You used the wrong phrasing.

Reading with a prior bias, and with a blindered romantic longing for the 18th century way of life and law.


Meanwhile back here in century #21, we got a GOP thinking that any demented spittle they spew is
guaranteed free.

As long as they agree with it of course. The GOP/founding fathers crowd are also the ones who
want to cancel all sorts of FREE SPEECH stuff they don't like.

And 65% of the current FREE ELECTORATE. :cool:

Or scream gun in a supermarket.
Or use your tax payer funded congressional salary to foster distrust in US institutions.

Life involves lines that get drawn cause some people are not capable of complex interpretations.
They never got past the Crayola 8 pack of life.

So you will be arrested, and probably pretty roughly after exercising your 1A in the manner I suggested.
You will have crossed a line where your right no longer matters.
