After many listens.....I'd say a $1000 amp. Sorry, it is just nothing more than a modded Marshall tone that any modder can do.
I know there is a whole smoke and mirrors think with crackhead Marks designs, but they are really not special. The CCV is decent, but also not worth the admission ticket. I think people are excited more on hype than actually what it sounds like. I predict dozens in the classifieds real fast after initial sales...

May I ask where you are purchasing $1000 hand-wired amps? Marshall charged nearly triple that estimation for the 1959HW.

Everyone might hear things differently, and have different tastes, and its not at all a reflection of an amps worth. To me that tone brings up two words. Massive and fun.
