Bumping this thread because you guys inspired me to clean my room (at least part of it). Before I joined Rig Talk I had like one or two amps, now it's somehow grown into Madison Square Basement

Very nice collection there
Some of the all time great amps.......and a Blades?????
Seriously...does it really hang with the rest of that group?
I know the story, but I've never actually even seen one in person, let alone heard one.
And what Peters is that? His amps kick ass and fly way under the radar.

I got the Blades on a whim because it was a good price. I wasn't expecting much but it surprisingly holds it's own with the big boys. I just keep a fire extinguisher close by. :D The Peters is an older Chimera/Halo 50 watt. James makes great stuff.

My favorite amp is the CCV but I recently got an offer I really can't refuse so I might be parting with it soon. The Marshall below the Fortin is a Cameron Aldrich.

Good to know. Thanks for sharing. Hellava collection

This one time, at my grandpa's farm, I was farting at my friend while he was watching TV...
Terence and Phillip would be proud.

That room is sick! Webb do you have a preference between the Fryette PS, the OX, and the Boss?

Thanks. I just got the Boss TAE so haven't had a lot of time to compare but all 3 units have their strengths. I prefer the Fryette attentuator compared to the others but don't care much for the reactive load. When going direct with IR's I find the load on the OX and TAE sound/react better. The OX cabinets sound stellar and the interface is great, although I've found the wireless connection flaky at times. I got the TAE because I have some 3rd party IR's I like to use.

It's unlikely I will keep all 3 and if I sold one the PS would probably go first.

I got rid of my TV so I could put all the cabs on one wall. I've acquired (and acquired and sold) a few amps since those last pictures...here's what the amp wall is looking like now....

Basically use my mancave for guitar, beer and watching movies.

As I said in another thread, I'm obviously in the wrong house this Christmas, Brother Daren.

My room these days is only 10' x 12' and not much extra floor space.
Solution? Go vertical. I use a Mesa amp switcher so two stay connected
at a time and then I rotate as the mood hits. The 1x12 is an open back
with a nicely broken in Scumback M75 in it.

And pedals mounted to the wall? Never seen that before. Good idea actually for a 'vertical' mancave
