That's out of the league of most musicians - but the next day they suddenly buy a new car for 25,000

One thing for sure is that Larry knows his shit probably better then anyone when it comes to amps.
Thanks for the flowers, Pete!
At least one, who is able to appraise my efforts, what I put into development, designing and building of my amps!

Well someone had to say it- some of those resistors might look better in deep red.
What about anthracite resistors?

What poweramp do you want to team it up with?
You can use any amp head (or two) with an FX loop as power amp and plug it into its Return.
But I've fine tweaked this preamp using a Marshall DSL and a Marshall JVM as power stages, because these amps nearly everywhere on the world easily are available for rent.
Keep in mind, that the reason for designing this preamp was, that if you have to play at just one festival overseas, that you don't have to ship your entire backline there and back home again. This preamp actually is thought as a cost safer for pros

and will this be at the Messe??? I do want to hear this.
No, I won't be at the Messe. No time left over, unfortunately!
But soon there will be such a preamp also in Belgium at a customer, where 'soon' means in about 6 months.

Price of this retailer for version with loop and Tung Sols and inc. 19% VAT is 2640€
That is about 3500$ inc VAT or 3K without
Thats cheap!
How do you evaluate, what price is adequately for gear?
On the item's weight?
On the item's dimensions?
Or on the numbers of knobs on its front panel?
