On TGP I saw a video that shows George Lynch on a gig playin' on a Marsha hyde beind his Lynchbox... A couple of Lychbox owners was desapointed about that, In fact that happens all the time. Bonamassa and his signature amps don't try to follow, it will cost you lot of dow. His rig change faster than I change my t-shirt.

Wishing Larry would post up some nice Dino 939 clips too, the ones leaked onto youtube do not do it justice

I didn't promise clips! (Well, maybe for Larry only.)

I'm still looking for a suitable power amp that will do the preamp justice, so far it sounded best into the power amp insert of a JVM, but I'm not buying one of those just to use as a power amp.

I have a Laney AOR on the way, I've heard the power sections are very close to a JCM 800, but I bought it for the purpose of modding so it may require a bit of work to get it just right.

Then I just have to buy some recording equipment and I will be set to do clips!

So you may be waiting a bit longer!

If you want an idea how the preamp sounds, the preamp into the power amp insert of a JVM did a nice reproduction of Schaffer's tone with a feel similiar to the Dino.

Hello. New here. Does anybody know if Larry is still building amps for the public? I've sent him a couple of emails via his website and haven't heard back yet. I really want to order a JS Preamp. BTW, I saw I. E. 2 weeks ago in Michigan and Jon was using a Larry preamp and a JCM900 as a power amp and it was the best live guitar tone I've ever heard. And I'm a huge EVH and Lynch fan and those boys don't come close in my book. Thanks Kevin
