Dunlop Jazz III

I bought some JazzIII XL's. I thought they would be perfect but I'm not liking them so far, they have a plinky feel and sound to them. For a pic that size I'd rather use the Cool pics. Maybe I'll have to wear them in more?

Anyone compared the regular black Jazz III to the Ultex Jazz III (the yellow one , not the 2mm) ??
What are the differences ?

And then something weird happened... I seem to have lost my feel for the Ultex Jazz III's and have pretty much standardized on the full sized Ultex 2.0 mm. In comparison to the 1.0 mm the 2.0 mm just generates SO much more electricity...
