That wasn't simply a trainwreck, that was like the Hindenberg crashing into the Titanic :cry:

guys like gambale and holdsworth still manage to tear the frets off of the guitar night after night, and make like seven pennies and a pat on the back,

and then there's this guy, playing what basically amounts to pop goes the weasel wrong through his own amp and guitar line night after night, and making millions for it.

I am speechless. :thumbsdown: I have tickets to an upcoming show, and am not the least bit excited anymore. That sounded like one of those parody guys, but you could see from the video that was actually him playing that bad. Meh.

It was really hard to watch that vid. Eddie made me want to play guitar back in the 80's when he was King, just totally awesome. Now he doesn't belong even playing in a bar in that condition, ok maybe a rathole bar. Certainly not in front of thousands making millions. What a disgrace. :cry:
 
he was a hell of a lot better the two times I saw them on this tour. If he played like that at the KC or OKC shows that I was at, I would have asked for my money back.

Actually on Friday they just rescheduled my show until next month, and said you could either use my tickets at the new date or get a refund from ticketmaster. I am going to see if the refund thing is true, then email my buddies the links to the YouTube disasters so we can decide whether or not people are still in on this. My guess is that everyone will want out. There are 8 of us going - that's almost a grand we would be handing over to these hacks - fuck that!!! :doh:

Actually there is a rumor the whole tour might be cancelled, then there is no decision to be made...money back now please!!!!

What's worse is that Eddie is spiraling down right in front of his only son. This will be Wolfie's image of his father for the rest of his life. Wolfie is too young to know just how amazing his father was back in the day.

I remember seeing VH for the first time in Fresno in September of '78 and I'll never forget it. They blew away Black Sabath, which really stunned the audience.
 
I agree.....Valerie, probably stepped in and told Wolfie to get the hell home instead of hanging out with his father. What a fuckin mess!

It did sound like one of those parody videos at first, didn't it? I had to watch the video closely to believe it really was Eddie that was playing.

Hope and pray he gets back to being healthy and on top of his game soon.
 
in a long line of horrible vids from this tour, that was definetly the worst..atrocious..
 
For the Love of GOD I was hopping that was one of those overdubbed vids. Not to be an ass but I'm not at all surprised at all. Ed needs to get some serious help and I hope that he gets it.

That's what Im worried about. You can see how aggitated he gets when he is that blown out. It would not surpise me if your prediction comes true Chris.
 
I thought that was an overdub at first, man I am so glad my buddies did not get me to part with my money to fund that. Only in show business can one rest on his achivements from years past and get away with what he is doing.
