  Totally agree man,I've seem this imaginary beast several times

Yeah, it´s well on its way to turning out to be a real Loch Ness monster by now... photos but no hard proof for years, and we all want to believe :D
And that´s kinda why it would be nice to have some official word on whether it´s actually happening or not, even without a firm release date.

It's never going to happen.

It's more difficult to build, and not as profitable to sell... vs. the GC line....

"My new Egnater won't turn on."
"My new Renegade is squealing"
"My Tourmaster blew up"
"My Rebel 30 makes a Whooshing sound"
"My GC Egnater is smoking"

Right, exactly, the very problematic GC line. I can't EVER member seeing a post about a problematic M4, Mod50, or Mod100..

Yeah, I don´t have much hope it´ll ever turn up either... but it would be nice to know that it´s officially dead and buried, so I can go ahead and piece together a different (and for me less practical) set-up.

 Me either. or module. Hell after the post office crushes a module and bends the ears they still work.

I did buy a new BMAN module a couple of years ago that arrived from the Amp Lounge
with one of the gain knobs not working, but I didn't see the need to post about it
because the Egnater folks fixed it with a week turnaround.

I needed to get my backup rack built soon so I recently purchased a Axe-Fx Ultra. We'll see if I still want an M2 sometime down the road.

God I wish this thing would come out. I mean I'm sure I have the money for the thing but shit release the bitch already!

Not so much a comment on the E2 (as much as I wish it would be released - that running into a Renegade's loop would be pretty versatile), but think it would be very cool to just have a 'state of the union' address from Bruce once a month; nothing fancy, just a quick 'here's where things stand'. The 'news and updates' section on the modular site hasn't been updated in over a year.
I'm perfectly happy if there are things going on and some stuff is put on hold/pushed back, but it would be nice to hear it officially. I'm sure Bruce is busier than we can probably imagine, but I'm also sure he's working on cool stuff. Just the CHANCE that the modular line might be put into mass production (not talking import, just larger-scale by a 3rd party) at a lower price is worth waiting for.
