Not sure how it can be both. Country of Origin is England but Hand-built in Canada. So most parts are from England and assembled in Canada. If I had a product that had its origins in England I don't think I would put any French words on the back panel but that's probably being pedantic (and nothing against Canadians - I have relatives there and I've been there).

The amp is based on a modded Marshall Fortin did for him years ago. It has an orange Headshell so Jason called it the Evil Pumpkin. You can search YouTube for videos.

It's his signature Fortin which is why i was seriously considering the EP for a while. He is a killer player with some incredibly excellent riffing and gets good tones. The amp still sounds sick in the videos regardless of all this.

A lot of passive components used in guitar amps are made by American-owned companies. Not sure where the parts are physically made though. Probably China.

But Judge, I didn't even copy it correctly - therefore it's my own design.

He makes some changes. I think the layout and everything for the meshuggah was originally done by Four6andTwo who made some changes intentionally. Nik copied that and made additional changes. Usually the first person who orders a new amp from Nik will send the schematic or layout posted from another site then they say some shit like I would like this but with a this change or that. I have a Leviathan on order and there were several changes to kinda get it closer to the earlier Mastodon tone which were JCM's and Oranges plus clippers can be defeated on channel one.
