Still waiting on hearing back if a Jackson style pointy is available to add to the options for headstock design. I feel like skipping inlay selection would be a good thing until we select the headstock shape. Fingerboard radius may be dependent on bridge selection. So, that's what we're going to do today! Hardware finish options poll will happen after future body/neck finish option polls have concluded. If you are unfamiliar with the bridge options, please ask or research prior to voting. This poll will close in two days. Ties will have a runoff poll.

So far our build includes:

Mahogany Super Strat (Dinky) Body
Maple Neck with Fender Standard C carve
Ebony Fingerboard
25.5" Scale
24 Stainless Steel Jumbo Frets

Only one out of ten who view this are voting? :ROFLMAO:

Trying to keep an open mind by offering options I wouldn't myself pick, but I've actually wondered if a lot of the voters have ever even played a guitar.

We're well past that point, I was wondering this after poll number 2

I'm gonna need that stop tailpiece so I can dial back the perceived tension that self-abuse/harm types who voted for the 25.5 scale would inflict upon me.

I'm with you on this too. Isn't the whole point of a superstrat that it's really easy to play? Why would you inflict the self harm of a 25.5 scale on yourself and make it harder to play, if the whole point is making it easy to play?

I'm guessing some of the voters just down tune and chug or something?

I predict a super strat body with a stock Fender trem, 25.5 scale, and a Gibson headstock. mUrFeE lAbS

I'm feeling kinda lonely in the ol' flush mount Floyd department here... ☹️
I'm for any FR style on this build. I like the way the flush mounted FR on my baretta feels better than my recessed So Cals. I'm just a huge fan of the gotoh for comfort and quality. Figured a recessed would be more likely. A TOM with a tailpiece is the last option I would select for a super strat, but to each their own.

Super Strat = Floyd

Otherwise you might as well build a Les Paul. Not that there's anything wrong with that. :cautious:
Yeah, I don't get it. There will be other builds in the future, so not sure why ruin this one :ROFLMAO:

Yeah, I started getting those "I knew we shouldn't have taken that left turn at Albuquerque" vibes when Mahogany got voted in as the body wood.
It's weird, as I have stated that I will be doing a San Dimas build and V or Explorer build later, but guess people either want a mutant or possibly just trolling because they didn't get the options they wanted before 🤷‍♀️. Guess I'm going to have to offer the explorer build only in alder or basswood with a 26.5" or 24" scale. :ROFLMAO:

I'm not sure what to think at this point. Mahogany body already locked in, TOM bridge in the lead at this point.. I can "kinda" get behind a Dinky body but I thought we were spec-ing out a super strat here, not a PRS CE24. Dude cannot abide. LOL
