I enjoy playing the EB 7's but I tune the guitar a step up, then drop it to drop E

I ❤️ that seal pup for his clip posting and shit posting, but he was pretty good under the radar with those dormant accounts.
Took me by surprise.
Would have figured one or two, but...
Hope he's doing good out there noodling on some rock in the Pacific.

Me too, I like his tones, I just want his leads vaguely in sync with the tempo of the backing track so it doesn't drive me to insanity

I feel like a lot of people are doubting the string through tom. And i get it. A tom is a very different bridge. A hipshot, schaller hanes, and most other hard tails feel very similar. I think the hipshot is the second best bridge ever. The hard tails all are low like floyds.

So i can play a hipshot and appreciate the bridge. It is the best designed bridge in my opinion. But the tom just has a feel and the stringthrough feels really high and the string break is intense. I dont like the slinky feel of a non stringthrough tom.

The hipshot and evertune feel awesome. I put schaller hanes behind them. It is ok. I always thought i would love it more. It is a great design.

I cant stand the feel of a floyd. I would love to try a khaler bridge just to see.

Bro wtf? Haven’t you guys ever tried a Hipshot fixed bridge? Why isn’t it winning, let alone why are there even votes for something else? 😯

Are we even a metal crowd or a whammy bar wankers crowd? 🤔

Okay, play them for us.

The kahler is my personal favorite vibrola (probably from growing up with them), but figured it likely wouldn't get any traction given the usual disdain that I read. Floyds are okay, flushed. Outside of that I always feel like they're a brick that needs ergonomically updating and not the most awesome for muting. I've had a bunch of gotohs, edge, etc.. that seem to fix that issue. Or at least bring it into a more comfortable zone.

Didn't you vote for an acoustic neck and tonewood on a super strat?

It's definitely a whammy bar wanker crowd dude :ROFLMAO:

VBF definitely wants this to be a mutant @NowYou'rePlayingWithPower

Some people just want to see the world burn :dunno:
I'm gonna vote for vintage Klusion style tuners and an upside down Jackson headstock.

No wait, even better, Grover Imperials.
