One, NASA says global warming exists, its right there on their website, not hard to find. Two, that article was shit. Totally unscientific, and it reads like it was written by a middle schooler. "When things got hot, good things happened. When things are cold its bad. That means things getting hot are good". The fact is that the ice core data shows that temperature rises and falls with CO2 trends, not surprising since its indisputable fact that it absorbs infrared radiation. Saying that we can put infinite amounts of carbon dioxide in the air and not see consequences is like saying you can pour infinite amounts of water in a bucket and not fill it. Finally, cold temperatures do not in any way disprove global warming. In fact the melting of polar ice caps would allow arctic winds to come down further, cooling the country

And the idea that this is all a money making scam is the most ridiculous things I've ever heard. As if carbon trade offers more money than the oil industry.

No you are pretty much wrong, temperatures follow the amount of radiation from the sun which varies with the Earths tilt. CO2 is not the main factor.

There is enough oil in this hemisphere, we're just not allowed to go get it. Also, we need to start building more power plants NOW or the economy is really screwed. Coal, oil, natural gas, nuclear, whatever, we need more electricity, that's a big part of the "energy crisis" that you don't hear talked about much....both situations are extremely hampered by these nebulous-ly defined "environmental issues".

Greenland is called greenland because when a viking called Erik the Red, discovered it back ages ago, because he was banished from iceland due to having killed someone. he called it Greenland to make people move there as he couldnt go back.
