Here's the 1st clip of my comparison series
Thx man!Sounds great. I like the JMP the best
I totally agree. They actually sound pretty close but it sounds like the JMP has more gain dialed in, and your IIc++ needs to be tightened up a bit. I like the 60 watt IIC+ the best, but it needs a bit more gain I think and it would be perfect. If you dialed in the boogies a little brighter and maybe threw a boost in front I'm sure they would sound even more alike. Cool clips.
Thx a lot buddy!Sounds killer; great job!
JMP for me.
Yeah I agree this one did compliment the jmp a lot tho. I will post some more soon!In this instance the Mesas didn't sound all that great, especially compared to the JMP. You've done much better C+ recordings in the past though. I like the riffs!
thx man - yeah these settings right hereNice clip! Liked the JMP and the 2C+ best. I always gravitate towards bright amps.
Did you use two boosts for the JMP at once?
Guessing game here

ditto!First one is the Boogie C++, second is the JMP, third is the 60 watt C+. I'm saying that cause the second clip seems to have that Marshall thing going for it, while the first clip sounds a little fatter. I could be totally wrong though. It shows how important the cab is hey? A lot of your cut is going to come from the type of cab being used.
