You do know that they made up new laws to bring this trial? Since when do prosecutors make new laws?

Do you have a link or links to information on this? I'm serious. I'll read them.

Could probably find some but you would be better off looking into it yourself. Know any lawyers?

Going to the media is like getting info on a bank robbery by asking what the robbers family thinks happened.

OK here is an easy one, how is a federal crime litigated in a state courtroom? This is not possible legally.

I found one article but it's behind a paywall. I'll keep looking.

Are you lumping all the media in one basket? I'm not accusing you, I'm asking.

Any media owned by Blackrock is propaganda, don't know who isn't.

There are people that have left news media like that and do their own podcasts. Redacted is a good one.

The indictment charged Trump with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in the first degree, in violation of New York Penal Law §175.10. Each count is related to a specific business document, each having a date ranging from February 14 through December 5, 2017.

*11 for invoices from Michael Cohen
*9 for general ledger entries for Donald J. Trump
*9 for checks from Donald J. Trump
*3 for general ledger entries for the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust
*2 for checks from the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust

If this trial is not overturned, no point of being a lawyer if new laws are made whenever it suits them.

I don't see the point of studying law anymore.
not to mention the judge's daughter connections to the DNC; not to mention the judges political affiliations for decades; not to mention trial in NYC which is 90% demoncrat population...not to mention all the attempts at impeachment since Trump was the nominee in 2016...

if you can't see the USA banana republic and kangaroo courts, that's on you. someday you may experience it personally.

"first they came for the nationalists, and I did not speak out - because I was not a nationalist...Then they came for me - and there was no one left to speak for me."

So what you are saying is, it wasn't a campaign finance issue?

Dude, you aren't stupid. These are misdemeanors when charges are brought within the statute of limitations. Which these were not.

I have a friend who is an attorney in upstate NY. He retired last week because he no longer believes in the system.

These convictions are guaranteed to be overturned and Bragg knew it from the beginning. Frankly he'll be lucky if he isn't charged with something or disbarred.

In todays world it may stand.

This is indicative of what is going on here. The Briben admin is making up new rules as they go. It's incredible to see them get away with it.
