Thats -13 degrees celsius! What is going on, everyone I have spoken to in the states and Canada recently has said about the snow and how cold it is!

I thought where Nashville was in the south it was warmer there, do you still get really bad winters then?

It's quite possible to NOT be obnoxious and be left wing

The point i'm getting at, is as far as big or small, there basically ARE NO "right wing echo chambers" in online social spaces besides like, I dunno the daily mail comment section or something

people who bitch about something being a "right wing echo chamber" are invariably left wingers asking for people to be censored because they can't handle a world where the authority and power structure isn't violently, ACTIVELY shutting down right wing voices

It's basically an admission that you're a big fucking baby - because literally EVERY OTHER SOCIAL FORUM ON THE INTERNET is a hugbox for left wing activism

I don’t care what anyone’s politics are. I don’t visit guitar related forums to talk about everyone’s beliefs on economics and geopolitics.

And yes, I think the outside observer viewing the avg RT-er probably sees them like Johnny Lawrence in Cobra Kai…

…and they’d only be half wrong 😉

Nah, there are echo chambers for both sides (where it’s insular and intense) but I would agree that almost all mainstream social forums are left leaning. But things have become so extreme and polarized that even the areas mostly controlled by one political leaning, invariably start eating their own, in a pissing contest on who’s most leftist or woke or who’s the most conservative or right wing. It always leaves people who are centrist, where I actually feel I dwell, throwing our hands up and leaving to do something else.

I never said left wing echo chamber, I very, very deliberately said "hugbox" and "the authority and power structure isn't violently, ACTIVELY shutting down right wing voices" - because that's the left wing version of an echo chamber
