Doesn't matter, imo. Look into most autosport rules if you aren't familiar. That's the way I see it, personally.

It isn't. It means don't shoot unless you can prove, under scrutiny, most likely from a prosector openly hostile to armed civilians and lawyers hired by the attackers family, that you had absolutely no other choice but to shoot. People have actually been charged under these laws for not turning and running away from an armed attacker. So let me ask you, if a guy is pointing a gun at you are you going to turn and run from him and just pray he doesn't shoot you ?

Trump was charged with rape, doesn’t mean he’s a rapist right? Eh? Eh?
 
Trump was found liable for “sexual abuse.” I have no clue what that means in this context. He was not convicted of a criminal offense.

It doesn't mean jack shit in this context. It's exactly the same as a sympathetic jury finding OJ liable for the death of his wife. It is still not legally correct to call OJ a murderer and can be grounds for a slander lawsuit.

Nope.
The Olympics went into damage control because sponsorship money from corporations run by butthurt snowflakes such as yourself was at stake.
That apology has since been addressed and the source material clarified by the guy who planned the event. Get over it.
