Is there such a thing and how is that not dominated by men?The coed sports kind.

It certainly could be, but I think you're failing to grasp the point. Women don't go into women's sports to compete against men. Others can start their own leagues for all I care. Coed is an option. All is an option. Transgender men or women is an option. It is that black and white. Is there such a thing and how is that not dominated by men?
Sure. Mixed Doubles tennis. Bowling. There are many fine women shooters. No reason many other sports couldn't do co-ed. Skiing. Is there such a thing and how is that not dominated by men?
I get all that. What isn’t clear, at least to me, is whether this individual should be classified as a man or women or neither. If neither, it might be considered discriminatory not to allow them into women’s sports, but on the other hand they might have some advantage. Would it be unfair? Is it unfair that some women naturally have more testosterone or other traits that make them much more competitive than other women? If that was the case here, people would be celebrating her, but conceptually it is the same problem. Sometimes calls have to be made. Maybe this is one of them. This individual would get nowhere in men’s boxing and I don’t believe they are even undefeated in women’s.It certainly could be, but I think you're failing to grasp the point. It’s obvious why not. But again, I don’t think that’s the issue here. It's funny how we don't see any women that transitioned to men trying to play men's sports.
If they aren't a biological woman, it's not discriminatory. The issues can easily be addressed by starting their own leagues. There's literally no reason to argue against it, imo.I get all that. My sense is that this whole thing is hyped because of all the trans nonsense, but it’s not the case we’re dealing with here.
The reason to argue it is simply good will and fairness, depending. Are you arguing the individual is not a women because they have XY chromosomes? What if they were XX with male genitalia and high testosterone? If they aren't a biological woman, it's not discriminatory. The issues can easily be addressed by starting their own leagues. Klinefelter syndrome is one, includes an XXY pair. Turner syndrome is another. What other option is there?
Still not a biological woman.Klinefelter syndrome is one, includes an XXY pair.
Neither are women. They can start their own league. No reason not to. I'm sure at this point in time it would be easy to secure funding and support for said endeavor. Unless of course people refuse simply so that they can pretend to be victims of something there is a cure for. This will just go around in circles. The reason to argue it is simply good will and fairness, depending. Are you arguing the individual is not a women because they have XY chromosomes? What are your criteria for biological women?Still not a biological woman.
So you think they should create an intersex division?Neither are women. They can start their own league. No reason not to. I'm sure at this point in time it would be easy to secure funding and support for said endeavor.
I thought that was obvious many comments back, Dan.So you think they should create an intersex division?
I think that’s reasonable. I doubt there are many intersex athletes competing at the Olympic level though. Maybe the IOC just made a judgment call on this one. That individual seems to compete in general at the women’s level however. But sure maybe they have an advantage.I thought that was obvious many comments back, Dan.

Having a vagina not created by a surgeon for starters. And not having a penis. What are your criteria for biological women?
I would hate to see one un-surgeonesque. Truly horrifying.Having a vagina not created by a surgeon for starters. And not having a penis.
