I’m building a studio in my garden!

I wish I was there. I'd help you out a couple days labor just for fun.
You’d be very welcome :)

Here’s where it’s at this weekend. Going to a summer house with some friends now. Only be thinking about tuborg for a couple of days now 😁😁😁

Looking good!
Would love to do something like that......I'll have to stick with a wee greenhouse to grow tomatoes and chillis, maybe some tomatillos

Looks great! Enjoy your Tuborgs.

So, for acoustical reasons, what goes at the high ceiling side and what goes at the low ceiling side? Do all the cabinets go on one side or the other?

2,10 meter on the low and 2,85 on the high side inside. Outside it’s 2,5 and 3,25. Not sure about decoration yet. Also want a drum set :)

The ceiling will be in a material called ‘Troldtekt’. Which is an acoustic improving ceiling. And two of the walls will be acoustic panelsView attachment 210754View attachment 210757

Those are a sort of Fiber board I believe correct? Help cut down on reflections? Or you could just cover the stuffed ceiling joists with material which would be even better for acoustics no? I am actually looking at some of these ceiling panels to put over my drumkit in the basement. It is unfinished for now with only the walls insulated and I'd like to cut down on reflections for the overhead mics. I am planning to use moving blankets around the kit for the other reflections. Off topic here but that ceiling made me think of it.

They are a mix of concrete and tree. Very good for acoustics :)

It is really exciting seeing the pics of your progress.
I'm thinking of doing the same thing in my backyard.
Great job!!

Half our roofs around the property I run have tectum tiles like that on the underside. Works great, for some of the offices under the roofs without it we have to stuff them full of insulation above the ceiling tiles to reduce noise from the airport across the street.
