Thank you all I can’t wait for it to be finished and moving all my gear over there.

And it’s way out of budget Untio now we’re up at 60k usd. And I’m not done yet. Many things inside needs to be done. Also trying to buy gear when I can. My wife don’t understand anything…

Since I live Murphy's Law I would never attempt something like this . After it was completed I would celebrate and then plug in to test and quickly find out that the structure greatly amplified the sounds of my instrument's and I'd need to shut down and start over due to the noise complaints .

Me and my son’s, plus my brothers in law could have had that roughed in, in three weekends with the right equipment to do the foundation work. Another weekend for rough wiring and plumbing. For beer and bbq…. it looks fantastic dude…
