You sound like you need a hobby or something to do.I don't have a good read on his height but let's assume he's 5'6-5'9" and I assume I'm likely correct based upon his pics with his (old?) band and his gear. He doesn't look very vascular but he definitely works out. His youtube thumbs where he's flexing his arm and pushing it against his guitar while he's making an "i'm going to shit my shorts" face tells me he's trying to make his arms larger. His neck looks thin, maybe 16" with a pump, traps are underdeveloped, forearms average. He's probably around 170-180 and at best 9% and probably more like 14-15%.
Based on the images I've seen of his legs, I would think his upper body is his money maker in the local jazzercise gym he maxes out at. I would say he probably could squat 225 for a fair set of 4-6, bench 1RM maybe 250, and deadlift 1RM 375.
This isn't critical of him or his channel, this is just a strength trainer looking at someone's physique from internet pics and guessing. If I saw him at least warm up with 135, I could give you a more accurate thought to what his lifts would be.
He's certainly stronger than the average guy on the street, but he isn't performing any feats of strength.
