I think Mark will need to sell these amps instead of provide them to those who have already ordered. This is necessary because as stated before, Mark is 100% out of money. The money from these 5 amp sales, will fund the production line for the rest of our amps plus a bunch of new ones.

again, where is the proper judgment? This math does not work, how are these amps funding the production of themselves so that he can make good for us? Good lord. He is looking out for himself and not his customers. How do you know he sells these amps and pays his bills, then the we are back to the same state? Maybe he should send these amps to the people who bought them, then he can do work for customers to fund Barrack. Isn't this precisely the behavior that has gotten him into this mess?

So he takes my fucking amp parts that I paid for that Jerry bolted together according to him, Barack wires it, he sells it to somebody else, along with some of the others here getting fucked too? Are you fucking kidding me? Maybe he needs to take those 5 amps and finish them and send them to the owners that paid for them, no more fucking around with schemes, and fraud. His rehab is digging out of his own mess and re-establishing personal integrity. As he has none.

I dont know if you stepped up to be the next cameron spokes person, but like I already said I had 3 calls tonight of people trying to call Mark and ask questions but he doesnt answere his fucking phone. You said you talked to him so why dont you tell him to call the people whos money he has and do a little explaining. I know he called my buddy at least 3 times today when it came to him trying to get money out of him.

They are basically fucked. New amps will be built and sold first to try and get money for the older orders that have been paid for already. Then we will all get to see if the old orders get filled. just like all the old mods that have been sitting for years that have been paid for.

I can vouch for the validity of John's remarks so please don't go shooting the messenger. I can empathize with the frustration from the waiting and uncertainty but with amps in production and not one every month or so can't this be a positive thing?

To those who want to question mark... (lol pun thing)... I have no advice other than to call POLITELY and infer to the status of your business agreement. Mark was/is in dire straits and compounding that with death threats/macho bullshit/and mob mentality is not going to get you anywhere.

i dont usually check rig talk on the weekends. im building my amps. someone just bought one of my 100 watters. If you had emailed me first you wouldnt have to be mr speculation on the rig talk forum. if you think your list of facts havent been pondered by everyone lese, youre wrong. Yeah, hes a terrible business man. He even admits that. There are a lot of things he could have done differently but if barrang is ready to rock then lets try to move forward. Look to the numbers...

Jerry made 8 CCV preamps.
We have a "Marks friend" who got 2 CCV.
We have another "Marks friend" who sold "his" CCV!

So 5 preamps are lefting, the exacly barrangs number.

I'm not sure where your figures come from, but if correct, they are just coincidence. Mark's friend waited 9 months for his CCV. He had previously owned a CCV for a few years, and recently bought the CCV prototype from Mark.

There isn't a conspiracy going on. Five is the number of amps Barrang will produce without any money down for Mark. They are doing this as a favor to help Mark get started.

Mark made an announcement that LEGALLY, im officially out. Im still willing to assist communication between you and mark and am available to help mark with the finalization of each amp that comes out of barang. Mark made this announcment that im outtrying to protect me, because some ass tried to take 3k out of my pay pal account. Bottom line im still here and ready to help get the amps out.

I think this barrang thing is the best situation that has come about. we do need to take a couple more to three orders to put the real ssembly in motion meaning several amps at a time.

Mark has the wait list in its original order and is making the calls. Everytime a person whos paid makes a negative comment here instead of talking to mark or emailing me, it just makes the entire thing harder to fix. Everyone here knew in advance that Mark does things slower and falls behind schedule. Even the mod of the forum has a notation of it that you have to click on to get in !!!!

A couple guys only paid a few months ago are already freakin out like junior high school girls who didnt get asked to the first dance of the school year. Gimme a break .... you should have bought 3k in gold if youre that much of a spaz.
