Jerry has the BEST customer service PERIOD !
Like him as a person or not his business model for surreal is what most companies should strive for.
there is no way Mesa, Bogner or anyother amps i have owned would do the stuff jerry has done for me to keep me satisfied as a customer.
its a shame he could'nt turn things around for mark.

it is what it is...I cant want to help more than Marks wants the help if that makes sense. Its not altruistic, its a business deal and it has to make sense. I cant get off square one to do anything with out a honest conversation. Hopefully I have the chance to do so to evaluate what can be done if anything.
