Mark made an announcement that LEGALLY, im officially out.

That might work if you're 8 and your lemonade stand failed, your IQ is under 75, and/or you've taken a serious blow to the head recently. However, in the real world where we have things called laws and civil liability, you're in it all the way.

I heard those Jerry took money from on behalf of Mark had to sign waivers agreeing not to sue him. Smart move on his part. Sholuld have been a big red flag for anyone sending money though.

I put the $3K in there and I had every damn right to try and take it back out when you and Mark didn't follow through. That all could have been avoided if you had any kind of customer service skills or even knew how to respond in a respectful way to someone that sent YOU NOT MARK CAMERON three thousand dollars. I was willing to wait longer for my amp but I was not willing to deal with you anymore after your short and rude responses to my emails. All one needs to do is look at your quote above to know what kind of guy they are dealing with. I've stayed out of this the past couple months because I really want Eddie (Doubleneck) to get his amp. If you're going to call me out and send emails to everyone on your "list" badmouthing me for trying to protect my own interests then I thought I had better share both sides of that story once and for all.

For everyone else, I sold my spot in line to Eddie (Doubleneck) after sharing with him my experience with Jerry. I told him everything I knew and about all of my problems dealing with Jerry so he would know what he was getting into. My last email from Jerry before things went south between the two of us said I would have my amp in early to mid Jan and I spoke with Mark on the phone after that and he told me "hopefully the end of December." I wasn't willing to deal with Jerry anymore and sold my spot in line with the full disclosure warning to Eddie (Doubleneck). I really hope Eddie gets his amp or at least his money back REAL soon.

I have been thinking the same thing for a while now. Time for someone to open their ass kissing eyes. So basically its just shut the fuck up and be thankfull that we let you peasants pay 3k for the privelage of waiting for an undetermined amount of time to possibly ever even get a ccv, an if u dare ask any un important questions like when or where or will i ever get my amp, or does my $3k amp come with extras such as a power cord-rear panel- even tubes? u r pushed to the back of the line and bashed for asking. funny how they have no time to build the amps or call customers back but u shore will get an email back talking shit if u ask something they dont like, and time to play at amp fests etc. Now I have another amp co on the shitty customer service list.

That may not matter, especially in a case like this. Depending on the circumstances of that waiver and the wording of the document itself, it may be an illegal contract to begin with and therefore null and void. I'm fairly certain that, regardless, one could effectively sue Jerry Dyer, especially if Cameron was also named on the suit and the plaintiff showed up with a lot of documentation. It's a civil deal, so it's really up to the judge and, in this day and age, a lot of judges are not very nice when it comes to scammers and thieves.

Neither Dyer nor Cameron are particularly smart, so it's not hard to imagine that they won't have the legal end of this very well thought out.

I am back now from LA and looking at this. I will speak with all involved and try to help.

If it is in fact true that Barrang (I dont know them) can and will make CCV's to Marks design if they can get paid in a timely fashion then I would be open to working out an exclusive deal in conjunction with my forum, Rig-Talk.com and my shop, King Guitar ltd. to get these built, pay for them myself to Barrang on time and get them sent to new owners.

The only way I would do this is to meet with this Barrang company and have an agreement with them directly. I would work something out with Mark to get him some compensation on the amp sales so he can have some kind of revenue stream and fix whatever he has going on that makes this so hard for him to pull it off. I would absolutely have zero interest though if he was involved in anything other than designing amps and not dealing with end users or the money.

I dont know if this is even an option as I haven't spoke with Mark but will today. That said I have the exposure, honest reputation and the money to make it work but I will not jeopardize my reputation and good name for anything.

So you can rest assured if I get involved you get what you order in a timely fashion no excuses and no bullshit or I wont touch it with a 10 foot pole. Let me see what is possible and what Mark will agree to do and I will post back up here later. Dont hold your breath as this has been a trainwreck for a long time but if Mark will agree to give me the reins 100% I am sure I can work it out.

In a perfect world the money would still be around but I doubt it. In my opinion if he already got paid for them he should not get any future amp commissions ($$) until everyone is made whole.

I am going to be brutally honest here in my assessment and help if I can, there is Im sure a way to fix this and have it in the long run be a win/win for Mark but he has to be willing to accept the help and step aside, I have no clue what he is willing to do. we will see.

I waited the 5 months quiet, I even sent a email. When this time past, I sent you one e-mail and you said it should be ready in December.
So I was quiet again for 3 months and called you in December. You told me you haven't talk with Mark in a month and I should contact Mark. Something is wrong, I thought.
So Jay had talked with Mark in December and he told him my amplifier would be done in January. So I waited with no e-mail or boring nobody.
In January I called Mark by te R-T, email and phone. No answer, again.
